Your body is the canvas. Your life is the work of art.
A candid black and white portrait of Meghan Weir

that insight came from living it.

Early in her career, Meghan was a nurse working in high-intensity environments where the pressure was constant, and the stakes were real.

On the outside, she was capable. Underneath, she was running on empty.

Burnout had become her baseline.

That experience became the catalyst.

She began listening more closely to what her body was signalling. Her search led her into the nervous system and the subconscious patterns that keep high performers in cycles of overextension.

What she discovered became the foundation of her work.

nervous system capacity changes what you have access to.

After fifteen years in entrepreneurship and a background in mental health and addictions nursing, Meghan saw a gap in traditional leadership and business models.

The strategy could be sound. The person carrying it could still be exhausted.

Her work grew from that understanding: creating greater capacity within the person behind the performance.

the person beneath the performance.

there is a better way.

As a business and nervous system strategist and executive leadership coach, Meghan leads keynotes and corporate retreats. She also works privately with individuals through leadership experiences.

Her Capacity Advantage™ framework explores how much of yourself you can access within the demands of your life.

Her approach brings nervous system rewiring and subconscious work into real-world business strategy.

Haus of Somna is the home of her embodied work, exploring the intersection of the nervous system and subconscious.

Meghan has built a global brand and multiple six-figure revenue streams through this work. She supports clients internationally, with much of her practice growing through referral.

The intention is greater access to yourself within the life you are creating.
