Meghan helps ambitious leaders expand their nervous system capacity so they can experience more of their lives with less stress and overwhelm—and have greater access to themselves and everything they’ve worked to create.
That insight came from living it.
Early in her career, Meghan was a nurse working in high-intensity environments where the pressure was constant and the stakes were real.
On the outside, she was capable.
Underneath, she was running on empty.
She had become exceptionally good at handling her life while losing access to the experience of living it.
Burnout had become her baseline.
And eventually, she began questioning something that would change the direction of her life.
What if being able to handle more wasn’t the same as having the capacity to experience more?
That question led her into the study of the nervous system and subconscious mind, exploring why intelligent, capable people continue repeating patterns they consciously want to change.
Over time, through her own transformation and her work with others, something became clear.
The strategies that help us achieve success don’t necessarily expand our capacity to experience it.
After eighteen years in nursing, including seven in mental health and addictions, and fifteen years of entrepreneurial experience, Meghan recognized a gap in how we approach leadership and personal growth.
The strategy could be sound.
The person carrying it could still be exhausted.
Her work grew from that understanding.
Expanding what’s possible begins with expanding the capacity of the person experiencing it.
there is a better way.
You can change your circumstances and still find yourself living through the same internal experience.
More money, yet the same pressure.
More freedom, yet an inability to slow down.
More opportunity, yet the familiar urge to retreat.
Our nervous system and subconscious patterns influence what feels safe, familiar, and possible, often long before we consciously recognize what’s happening.
Meghan brings this understanding into modern leadership through nervous system rewiring, subconscious transformation, and business strategy.
Through The Capacity Advantage™, she works with leaders to expand their capacity to navigate growth while having greater access to themselves within it.
Through Haus of Somna™, she explores the art of embodiment and the intersection of the nervous system and subconscious.
Her work also extends into executive leadership experiences, corporate retreats, and keynote speaking.
Having built a global brand and multiple six-figure revenue streams, Meghan understands the demands of entrepreneurship from the inside.
Her work has grown internationally, with much of her practice built through personal referrals.
The intention is simple.
To expand your capacity to experience the life you’re creating.
She practices what she preaches.
And embodies what she teaches.
“I still feel lighter and happier, more confident in my decisions.”
“I am profoundly grateful that our paths crossed.”
You can create a beautiful life and still struggle to fully experience it.
You can master the art of achievement while losing access to the very person who made it all possible.
Meghan believes the greatest work of art you’ll ever create is the life you get to live.
And your nervous system capacity influences how much of that life you can actually experience.
The opportunities you allow yourself to pursue.
The success you have the capacity to receive.
The freedom you can experience without feeling the need to fill it.
Because the patterns that once helped you survive can become the very patterns that limit what you’re able to experience.
Through nervous system rewiring and subconscious transformation, Meghan helps leaders expand their capacity for the life they’re creating.
To experience success without living in a constant state of pressure.
To have greater access to themselves as their world expands.
The art of becoming is the ongoing practice of expanding your capacity to experience your own life.
Your body is the canvas. Your life is the work of art.
