The Art of Becoming.

The work beneath the way you lead.

You can be exceptional at what you do and still feel the private cost of carrying it all.

I work with the nervous system and the subconscious patterns beneath your responses. Together, we expand your capacity to remain present as life grows.

Your body is the canvas. Your life is the work of art.
The Art of Becoming

What becomes possible when you have more room inside?

Some days, your attention is already spoken for before you open your inbox. You can make the decisions and keep the day moving. Finding room for yourself is another matter.

Sometimes the next step is clear. Your work is ready to be seen. Yet something in you keeps waiting for another qualification or a better moment.

We look beneath those responses. We work with what your system is carrying and the associations shaping what feels safe to pursue.

The Art of Becoming is the philosophy behind everything I create. The work begins with what you can access within yourself—and what becomes possible as that capacity expands.

The Work That Works

The pace is part of the work.

A little more room.

The Somna Method™ is my methodology for working at the intersection of the nervous system and the subconscious.

Your window of tolerance is the range in which you can experience intensity while staying present. We pay attention to what happens as you approach its edges.

Titration means working with manageable amounts of activation. Pendulation means moving between activation and a sense of resource. The amount matters. So does the opportunity to return.

Subconscious work explores the associations beneath a familiar response. What being seen has come to mean. What receiving more might ask of you.

We work at a pace your system can meet. There is space to notice what changes and let that experience become part of how you move through your life.

Meet Meghan

The woman behind the work.

I’m Meghan Weir. Business and nervous system strategist. Author and speaker. Founder of the Somna Method™ and The Capacity Advantage™.

I spent 18 years in nursing, including seven in mental health and addictions. That experience shaped how I understand the person beneath their ability to keep functioning.

Today, I work with individuals and executive leadership teams. We explore the nervous system responses and subconscious patterns shaping what they have access to.

The methodology is precise. Your experience tells us where to begin.
